About Me

I have proven skills in managing delivery teams and 3rd parties of varying size, from 2-90 people, across the entire end-to-end project life cycle, with a mixture of delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid). I have an interest in delivery metrics and frameworks and in making multi disciplinary and supplier teams successful.
